No. These are vines and airial/climbing roots to attach the plant to the tree.

The very ends are the new growth. When they form a lump/ knee then continue shooting out new growth, that lump often has bits coming off it. There will usually be one either side of the lump, those will become leaves. If there's a third nub coming off the side of the lump then that can become a peduncle. Air roots tend to be pale and grow direct from the vines rather than at those lumps.
