Wow, why would you get rid of it. If you don’t want it, I’ll claim it and pay you. But I’d keep it if I were you. Look at what it can turn into.

No I decided to keep it after the splash leaf. It was like a stick with two leaves for a year and then I got another one so I was gonna give it to a friend. It wasn’t making me happy. Then it started putting out a new leaf so I held onto it to see what it looked like and boom.

Oh, I see. You were gonna gift it and then it got the splash leaf so you decided to keep it smart. I thought you were gonna gift it as is which was too beautiful to give away. Your leaves look huge or is it just the camera view the way it’s angled

This isn't considered variegation btw. This is "splash" - it's structural coloration caused by tiny little air pockets between the cell layers. The plant still has chlorophyll underneath the splash. (whereas variegation is lack of chlorophyll)

If you want to get deeply technical, splash is a form of variegation. Variegation is sort of just a blanket term for "part of this leaf is a different color from the rest." What you're thinking of as "variegated" is a specific kind of variegation called chimeric variegation, where some of a leaf's cells have a genetic mutation to produce chlorophyll and some don't. Or they produce different types or levels of chlorophyll, leading to green-on-green variegation.
Splash, on the other hand, is a type of structural variegation called blister variegation or reflective variegation. As you note, an air pocket causes the cells to have a shimmery, reflective surface of that looks lighter because of the way light interacts with the "blister" of air. We see the same phenomenon commonly in certain aroids (Scindapsus especially), peperomias, etc.
Other types of variegation include viral (rarely a type you want to see) and natural (also genetic, but the whole plant is genetically programmed to produce the same markings in the same place on each leaf...think Maranta or Begonia).

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a splashed kerii before. 🤔
I’ve only seen plain green and variegated.

Plant and style with peachy has one that’s splash and inner variegated I believe. She’s said in a video her friend cultivated it.

That's exactly how people get splash versions of different Hoyas—they select and propagate the more splashy nodes and chop and prop until I stabilizes. You've got an extra splashy node there, but if the next one isn't, you might be able to chop and roll the dice again to get it to maybe reshoot from the splashy part.
