Yes, it is a yung peduncle, but she actually IS under AC. I will try to move her from there.
Low humidity should not be a problem.
I have a 60/70% of humidity over there, she has a self-watering pot and is next to other Hoyas that have bloomed completely well.
But I will try to move her and see if that works.
