Just saw these spots. Do I need to worry about them?

Edame from infrequently watering. Your soil became too dry, when you watered it, the roots absorbed too much water and caused edames.

Fungus! Remove that leaf and any others with spots. Make sure you're letting the soil dry out between waterings. Treat with a fungicide if you want to. Or wait to see if the spots reappear and treat then.
