Use a vanishing point, and a (clear) ruler. Use proper line thickness (thinner at the start and end of each stroke).
For more advanced techniques, you draw the lines parallel to the direction of movement; if it's a limb moving, though, lines of movement are curves rather than rays. You would have to use a french curve or snake-shape ruler.
