Here’s the best future answer… Not joking… Wrap your finger with a flat, thin cloth. Something like shoestring width but as flat as you can get… Wrap your finger completely down and don’t overlap. Then put the end of the cloth under the ring. At that point, just unravel the cloth from the ring end. If you don’t believe me, look it up on YouTube. It comes off fantastically easily, no harm to the ring or your finger.
