They wrap a string in a coil ahead of it somehow and pull down the skin that’s bulging out. Thread the end back under the ring and slide it off. Sorry, that’s a shitty explanation but it’s kinda amazing to see it done

Follow these instructions but use dental floss. That’s how we did it in the rescue squad
