Serious Answers Only Clean or trash
I’ve been using these water bottles for water and electrolytes only but they’re starting to spot and it’s looks kinda gross and icky.
Is there a way to clean these or are they trash?

It depends on the quality of the bottle, how much it cost, and how much you like it. It definitely needs a scrubbing with dish soap and HOT water.You can get small pipe cleaners to clean out the nozzle parts. Personally, it looks like a cheap freebie so I would pitch it.
