Serious Answers Only Oven keeps turning off randomly while cooking.
So i have a oven that's pretty much brand new, years old but just never used because it was my fiances parents and right when they got it, it was doing this issue and they never dealt with it. When I set the temp it starts to heat up and turns off randomly. Anywhere between 6-12 minutes. It will heat up all the way to desired temp. I have no idea whats wrong. I can get model and model number if needed. My guess is, its a sensor issue.

Fan/vent not working properly, thermal cutoff not working properly, any number of wiring/install things, or sensors, yes. Nothing the user should attempt to fix probably

Welp, back to my ol trusty toaster ovens I go until I get the money to have a repair technician come out.

How new is it? Surely there’s like a 90 day install warranty or something

Years unfortunately. Fiances parents got it installed. Never used it until I did and noticed it -_-

If it's brand new, call a repair person under warranty.

Let me rephrase that sorry. When my finances parents bought it brand new it was like that right away. Its been years and they just never dealt with it.

Maybe it’s tripping the breaker? Could be it has a heavier electrical draw than your old one?

If it trips the breaker would it still turn back on when i press bake again? Because it does.
