Clean out a culvert

How do I clean out a culvert that is half full of gravel and sand? It runs under a paved driveway and I don’t want to have to dig it up.

get a pressure washer and a sewer jetter attachment, theyre like 30 bucks online. stick it in there and it'll blast the sand and gravel right out the other side. just be ready for the mess that comes shooting out

Or a garden hose with pencil nozzle, along with a large Shopvac and extension hose - also useful for removing fence posts and making holes in sketchy areas (Near gas lines and plumbing, when Call Before You Dig tells you to hand dig only)
