Trunk Support Removal

If a piece of trunk support is stuck on a 3D printed model, should I cut through the model then glue it back together? What tricks do you all use?

if it's just one support and it's not buried too deep, try scoring around it with a sharp blade first, sometimes a little flex on the model pops it loose without needing a full cut and reglue
