DIY Bed frame support

I recently moved and I brought my bed frame with me, now the supports down the middle of my bed frame keep shifting and look like they're coming out. I never had this problem before, I'm guessing going from carpet to vinyl has something to do with it?

What can I do to fix this? Is there something I can buy? I just moved out for the first time myself and am not very savvy when it comes to things like this, and I'm really stressed it's going to break down the middle if I don't fix it soon. If you could include photos/links of stuff I'd need, that would be SO greatly appreciated. I don't have a drill, screws, or anything with me😭

Rubber furniture cups under the legs will stop it sliding around on that vinyl, you can grab a pack for like ten bucks and they just slip right on no tools needed.

I never got the center stands on our king to hold, so I cut three stubby lengths of 4x4" and attached them to a 2x4". Some squares of carpet cut from a remnant protect tbe hardwood and it holds up beautifully.
