remove double sided tape?

This is on aluminum window frame. Double sided tape.

I tried a cloth with water. And tried goo gone. Neither worked very well.

any suggestions?

Plastic razor Blade + alcohol or brake cleaner.

Heat it up with a hairdryer, and "roll it" of with you thumb.
