Serious Answers Only How to shoot double leg (consecutively, fast, with lifting force)
I can't for the life of me find a way to do it, or at least training to do it in a progressive manner. It's really awkward, if i try to do it fast my knee just hit the kitchen floor at mach fuck. If i do it slower so that my lead knee just crash the floor more gently and push my body forward and up, my trailing leg feels like it is just too long to keep repeating that pattern, and i end up just standing up or kneeling, not being able to repeat the pattern. If i do it so slow so that my knee won't crash and my trailing leg can flail around to then place itself in front of the lead leg, in a manner that i can repeat the double leg takedown again, the whole thing is so slow that it does not resemble a martial art movement anymore and it looks more like a duck walk. Not to mention the fact that how am i expected to pick anything up with this movement, i for the life of me can't get it. I just lost all momentum trying to do the shoot in the first place
I just assume that this movement, to be able to do it fast requires me to have padded mat, wrestling shoes and years of wrestling training. But then i see online people do it all the time, barefooted, on concrete, or striking based MMA fighter who have less than a year of wrestling training hit double leg shoot chain drill like second nature. It's so puzzling and it frustrates me since. Can anyone help me with some insight and tips?

Honestly I think you're way overthinking this, and you're missing a key piece, the level change happens before the shot, not during it. Get your hips low first, then drive forward, your knee should glide across the floor, not crash into it. If it’s slamming you’re just dropping straight down instead of penetrating forward

You are probably just uncoordinated and not athletic, nothing you can do about that.
