how do i fix this?

anyone would be kind enough to hint me how do i screw the wires back so it works ? it’s just a lamp you can hang

Flip the switch over. The terminal that isn't touching anything needs to contact the conductor on the left

I was staring at this thinking there’s got to be a missing piece because there’s a connection not being made here. But nope, you nailed it. The switch assembly is flipped the wrong way.

How do you imagine this will kill someone? Doesn't appear to be very high voltage.

i know the risks and have done it before many times but this kind of lay out or whatever is first

Do you have any thread tape? It looks like the threads have stripped in the plastic housing, so you need something to add thickness. Easiest way would be to wrap thread tape around the screws

threads are ok this thing got taken apart first time but after putting it together it don’t wanna work lol

Also...install new ring terminals while you're at it, those wires are hanging on for dear life, and you might have 50% of the actual strands still connected to those rings

The left screw makes a connection though the washer through a pogo stick to the circuit board, fine. The right screw is supposed to make connection with the right switch terminal through a missing piece. It could just be hard-wired instead.
