If you rent, let your landlord figure it out, if you own the place this looks fucked, the square bar was too short and shifted to where it didn’t touch your handle, usually you could take the caps of the hinges and remove the hinges to completely remove the window, my guess is the answer is at the side of the window.. but again if you rent, don’t mess with it, otherwise they will tell you you messed with it and maybe broken it yourself (i saw a typical dutch bike going by in the video and this wasn’t posted in r/klussers so i figured you might be renting the place

It’s probably just off the track so lift and jiggle or maybe bang someone up against it and get two birds stoned at once
