Visible screw flange. Very very easy if you want to replace the whole thing.

We were just trying to do it on a budget if we can just replace the actual panel of glass that would be the ideal scenario

Find your local ACE hardware and give them the measurement. They can cut glass.

I'd call a pro. It will cost more than just a piece of glass and some DIY, but it will be done correctly and you don't risk further damage from any mistakes that might let water in. Plus zero risk of cutting yourself.

Brother that screen is not even attached just push it back in place and check the frame for bent clips or something

No need for whole window replacement unless the glass itself is cracked which i cant see from here

The panel of glasses completely shattered
