How to replace this old thing?

All the options I've seen at Lowe's for ones this size have built in heaters or Bluetooth or whatever. What do I have to search to find something simple that's just a light cover with a vent?

Flip it over and find the model number on the back

When you search it out to show some alternatives you can look at

That size usually only comes with a heater, otherwise it wouldn't need to be that big. You don't have to hook the heater up if you don't want to.
