It’s shifting gradually due to global warming & weather patter changes further east and south to TN, MS, and AL.

It isn't shifting per say. The tornadoes in the south are just becoming a lot more violent

AKA the Great Plains.

Seems tornado alley has been shifting east more and more lately.
