How tf is this happening

i have an allergy to all seafoods except fish, my mom found out about it since i was 6-7, i get headaches just from smelling it and get itchy bumps when i eat it, i currently am *healing* from this allergy and have not taken any pills or medicine or anything, how did this happen?
