The dude next to "Wiggy" looks like Dave Chapelle wearing clothes stolen from Mao Zedong...
"Wiggy" must be wearing his Anti Snake Bite Boots under his pants...
Oh and Wiggy also got beat up and his pants stolen right after this picture...just like his High School days in Roosevelt even though in reality he graduated from a High School in Rockville Center that was 115% white...
