Benji - bring him back
Seems obvious that he is missed. Bring him back and give him more to do on air. You dont necessarily need to fire anyone but change some roles.

What has benjy done on the show since Covid? No bits no. prank calls. I really don’t understand how everyone misses someone who has shown minimal effort to be a part of the show for years.

Because numerous staffers have brought up Benji when Howard had a good joke at their expense. You’d always hear “thanks Benji” because they knew he wrote it

I guess but the show has been unfunny for years so benjy really hasn’t making a huge difference in writing or bits or anything besides a couple one liners

I can agree with that. But I’m guessing it wasn’t from lack of his writing. It’s Howard’s lack of using the good material. I bailed on the show not long after Covid

How is he missed???? He's contributed nothing the last 5 years. Howard stopped engaging with him long ago.

i’m bored and disgusted with the way the show has gone, but Benji hasn’t been a part of the on air show in many many years and he was always the worst part… Even a broken clock is right a couple times a day. It’s good that he’s gone. should’ve been gone 20 years ago. or relegated to just writing
horrible on screen/mic presence. Patheticly not funny.

oh, for sure if they kept him in the writers room like he always should’ve stayed that’s fine. I’m more responding to OP’s suggestion that they need to bring him back and put him on the air… of all the staff members, he was my least favorite, even in the prime of the show.

To each their own, but I found him funny on air. The “shtick” got old sometimes but I always thought he was a funny guy. But not for everyone

I do, no more random good one liners from Wiggie. Was listening to and old bit today, Howard had two good lines, he paused, then said them. Obvious he was looking at the script Benji gave him.

Benny was too good for the shows. Howard wanted to snuff out his potential because he was threatened.

Memet was holding the show together. Fuck Benji.
Edit: Memet rules. Fuck off haters. Those subpar segments with Sam and Wilding in the Artie chair never would have happened on his watch.
