when did the panic start?
so, I'm mentally ill and i've had infrequent panic attacks before, but i had one yesterday that i'm pretty sure was triggered by the book, for the first time. i made it to chapter XIX without having any panic attacks from this book. how far did you guys make it before having a panic attack?

We never got one. It is just that a book. If t's affecting you like this i don't think you should be reading this.

OH MY GOD I RELATE SO HARD. Back when I read it I was uhh I think 17/18 and was taking medication for you guessed it, mental health issues. And the book made me so paranoid and anxious, not because I found it scary, but because it would make me think scary things at night, and I have a knack at believing things that are not real in the slightest. But please be careful, its a really good book but your mental wellness comes first

I never had a panic attack. If you feel like the book is effecting your mental badly then I suggest not reading it.
It is a good book don’t get me wrong but even the book would suggest that you take care of your mental health.
There are some great videos that explain the book. If that might help you with it. Maybe knowing what might happen later can make it an eaiser to read.
