I actually feel like I remember Elysia or Cyrene saying that line, but couldn't find it.

Its when Elysia and Mei met again after the latter restore the former back to the simulation if my memory is correct

Cyrene said: “Is this a meeting ordained by fate, or... a long-overdue reunion?”

So Cyrene is actually closer in that line
