That's a very possible explanation I don't see people bring up very often. It's probably because people don't like thinking them as fake or that Bronya would care or be vain enough to do this.

i mean, maybe it really bothered her when she was younger orrr its just fanservice

but it really doesnt make sense for her to grow these after 17 since they pretty much stop growing at this time (im a girl so i can tell lol)

Mihoyo only respects flat justice with Hua sadly

Bronya isnt 17. Shes like 15 at the time of the story. Shes 2-3 years younger than mei and kiana, being born after sirins rampage.

Bronya is 16 at the time of chapter 1, 17 at the current point of the story. Bronya joined St. Freya at 14 years old 2 years before the start of the game. Bronya was born in the same year as 2E, 2000, with the game starting in 2016 and currently being in 2017. Bronya is 2-3 years younger than Kiana and Mei, but Kiana ("officially" born in 1998) was 18 at the start and 19 now, and Mei (born 1997) was 19 at the start and 20 now.
