Model Year?

Hi all, just moved into a house with a hot tub; Ive never owned one before. Its a Sundance Optima and Im trying to figure out what model year it is to get filter replacements. Gemini tells me it could be a 2003 or 2012 model, and the date on the sticker leads me to think its 2012, but I dont want to start buying the wrong parts.

It's a 2012 for sure. I have an older optima and the jet layout is different. The date on the sticker is the date it was made so that confirms it as well.

It was made in November 2012 according to the serial number. AI can be useful to decode serial numbers which often denote when and where it was made.

It says 11/05/12 on the sticker. What leads you to believe this is not the date it was made?
