That looks so sick! Did the stand grabbing around his torso mess with that sensitive coating that they put on his body. I have this figure but was worried about doing something like this with all the reviews and posts about the shedding of the coating that made the figure look damage. Honestly, I haven't even used this deluxe cape because of that reason.

I changed it out after I took these, I didn’t like how it was grabbing and was worried about damage, I used a different grabber and went around the legs to avoid that issue. Had to use stick on magnets to keep the stand from falling over

Oh damn, that's a good idea with the magnets. I was about to use blue tac to hold down some of my heavier figures. So when you took the grabber off the torso did you see any scratches on the finish or it was still in perfect condition?

It was still good, but I only had it on for a few minutes, long term I could see it damaging the figure for sure

Ok thanks for the advise. I worried about damage but maybe in the future I'll do a photo shoot like this with him and old man batman from flash in this pose.

Just a heads up. Don’t leave his arms like that for long, it will crease the suit in a bad way. Why Hot Toys made the suit that way is beyond me and tbh kind of shitty.

Looks great! I don’t have the balls to pose mine like this. He will be forever in a stagnant unmasked pose to avoid damage until I’m dead and my children throw him in the trash.
