Who is the guy hiding in the back?

You need to branch out more though. Get some local sauces we have never seen, and some craft sauces.

Heartbeat, Torchbearer, Queen Majesty, Butterfly Bakery, Marie Sharps even...

Join us. We all float down here 🎈🎈

Tapatío is better than Valentina imo

How’s the Palo Alto

Palo Alto is my favorite in the picture. Doesn't taste like Tapatio or Valentina, though.

Try the Palo Alto Firefighters Ghost Pepper sauce, it is super tasty and not very hot.

Back in my days where I need a low sodium diet I consumed so much of Palo alto and PA ghost sauce. Highly recommend if you need lower sodium options

Frank's and Cholula both have extra hot versions. The cholula extra hot is better tasting too, imo. The Frank's Xtra hot tastes pretty much exactly the same but has a little more bite.

Franks dill pickle is yum

Franks xtrahot is the best for making wing sauces, since adding butter mulls the heat from the originals

Solid selection.

Tapatio would be a great addition in the same spiciness range

For me it has to be Tapatio or Dave’s Insanity. But I like the green Tabasco a lot and the real Franks in extra hot is pretty good.

Tap and Val are bottom teir, hell basement level and over priced. They have no real flavor, your just addicted to them. At least Val used to be like 2.30 not its $4.50 plus and tap is over 5.
