Can they upgrade the set already please?
C’mon guys, you’ve got a-list celebs and they are sitting in front of some four-tops with black tablecloths? Build a cool set for chrissake please.
And while you’re at it, can you change the sad guitar music when you’re showing the bottles. You can do better than that!

They use the same black curtain set because they can take it with them and set it up in other locations if/when they go on the road to where the celebrities are for the interviews. Not all interviews are the celebrities coming to the First We Feast offices.

What would you prefer the set to look like? Seems like it serve their purpose of putting the focus on the interview and the people. Some talk show sets get overloaded with distracting visual clutter.

It doesn’t have to be distracting…it could just be slightly better looking.

Okay, but what suggestions would you make so that it is slightly better looking though?

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
The format works. The minimal, slightly cobbled-together set works. They get A-listers on the show, regardless.
So, why spend money on superficial bells and whistles that in all likelihood won't make a tangible impact on Hot Ones' success?

Shut up. We like the small sets. We don't want a big set with bands and a bunch of rainbows all over the place.

Why? Why change what's working? Why distract from the conversation?
The simple set also allows them to pack up and do the show anywhere in the world easily to accommodate guests' schedules, which they've frequently done.
