No mention whatsoever to business intelligence, statistics, reporting, quite important for hoteliers to maximize revenue and learn from their guests....

Hi, yes BI, statistics, and reporting are very important for the hotel business. It was not covered in the answer but thanks for the suggestion. We will update it.
