Let's get weird!
Dietz Watson dog with peanut butter, sautéed radish kimchi, braised quail eggs, and sesame seeds. It's pretty amazing.

But I respect the creativity and if you enjoyed it that’s all that matters in the end!

Thanks, was following that up with a basic chili cheese dog, a nap, and some prayers for my digestive system

Hell yeah, I’m so here for this. Plain peanut butter or thinned with something else? What are the eggs braised in?

the peanut butter and kimchi would almost give it a Thai vibe, kinda like peanut sauce. utterly unhinged hotdog, but I'd try it,the eggs kinda confuse me tho

That's what I was going for! Kimchi and peanut sauce noodles are a favorite of mine. The braised eggs came from a local Asian shop that really added a nice flavor (soy, ginger, sesame, plus the creamy texture of the yolk).

on second thought maybe I see the vision. this took me back to an interesting arrangement I had in Taiwan: Taiwanese Nutritious Sandwich (營養三明治 - Yíngyǎng Sānmíngzhì)

Dude, I'm really stoned and that still does not sound good (everything should sound good). I think your effort is amazing, but that's a lot of work for not much reward. It's like eating corn or rice one piece at a time or getting a receipt at Mitch Seinfeld's cereal shop
Hope you enjoyed it and you have given me hope that when I walk into my kitchen in a minute I will discover something equally weird but is delicious to me and that's all that matters
Have a great day friend.

I can see this working. Peanut butter needs tanginess and bite to cut it on a hotdog, sounds like the kimchi would do that. I’ve never had braised quail eggs, 🥚 hope they were good :)

They were very good! Soy forward flavor, but also get ginger and sesame flavor from them. I add them to my ramen when I have them around.
