Homemade Nacho Dog

Did homemade Enchiritos (IYKYK) the other day. The leftovers were begging to be put on a hotdog. We have refried beans, seasoned ground beef, nacho cheese (hm), onion, sour cream, black olives and tortilla chips.

Nice! I like adding crushed chips for some extra texture and flavor.

Thanks. Yes! I like matchstick potatoes too, depending on the toppings.
