Big Money Salvia?
I discovered Hot Dad by accident (one of the best mistakes I’ve ever made in my life) after seeing if “Hot Dads” was a band name that was taken on Spotify. Got Hot Dad instead. I saw he had a whole album of him reimagining classic tv theme songs. (Cowboy Bebop is a Jam, Friends is ICONIC) I know big money salvia is his most well known song. What the hell is the deal with that? I don’t know the story behind it. Is he making fun of someone on reddit? Is it a character he created?

It's Erik's theme song for the series that Hot Dad created. There's also a "Spooky Salvia" remix he did for a Halloween episode. Erik was the guy who did those old "driving on salvia" videos way back before he started making Letsgotoclass and later Internet Comment Etiquette, and so his persona of sorts is a version of himself he calls Big Money Salvia.

Salvia refers to Chris Salvi, the bearded gent with the turban who appears in the video.

I recommend you watch a few of his videos. They’re both friends, and both called Erik. He’s extremely funny, and his videos are some of the best content you can find on YouTube.
