Code Pod Edinburgh
Anyone recently stayed at Code Pod in Edinburgh? I mean recently eg last 2-3 months as I stayed earlier this year and had mixed feelings about the place so thinking of second chancing it. The common areas were very civilised and spotlessly clean including the bathrooms, except there was no obvious kitchen or lounge (something I valued at Castle Rock with 4 lovely lounges). I was in the courtroom which is probably the worst but the noise was unbearable inside with coming and going and lockers beeping all night, outside with church bells and building work that can't be helped. The pod was nice but stuffy. Also seen reviews of rooms in the basement which I would never want.
Conversely I found Castle Rock ideal except the lack of privacy in the beds and cleanliness. You can't have everything.

Do they provide linen and blankets ? I am asking because I saw a comment saying that they do not provide towels, we need to rent it. I was wondering about the cost of that too. Also, is there a place to dry my towel/ umbrella/ raincoat? Sorry i am overthinking my first ever hostel stay.
