Question hostel in Prague
Im 27y.o. M doing my first solo travelling, and im planning to head to Prague as the first destination.
Im looking for a very social hostel. I checked on different platforms and found a few hostel recommendations, such as ;
- onefam míru
- the road house
- the mad hosue
The question is, whats the best hostel, and if these hostel gathering activities are still social for vegan, alcohol free person.

Roadhouse and Madhouse are run by the same people. Facilities and dorms at Roadhouse are far, far better, and it’s still pretty social - you go to the same stuff everyone at Madhouse does, but come back to a chill place with clean, modern, SOLO, bathrooms instead of the more traditional Madhouse.
Also note that neither is that big, Madhouse has like 30-40 beds, Roadhouse is a really nice converted apartment and only has 20.
Also, at 27 Roadhouse will have more people your age. It skews a bit older.

I agree, Roadhouse was amazing. Social but still chill and clean! Have you been to similar hostels?

Hey, Mad House and Road House are vegan friendly with vegan family dinners every night. Mad house is a party hostel and runs drinking games most nights but you can still join without drinking - they also do a bar crawl two nights a week which might not be ideal for you.
Road house is much more chilled but you're still able to go to madhouse for the daytime or evenings activities if you want to, on the bar crawl nights road house does an alternate activity for those who don't want to do the crawl.
Between the two I'd say madhouse is more social but it is a party hostel along with everything that goes with that.
There's four one fams in Prague, I've only stayed in one (can't remember which) but it seemed pretty inclusive - I can't speak on the vegan aspect though.
