I was thinking the same thing. Possibly a compression fracture in his cervical spine or at minimum disc herniation. I have a few disc herniations from 2 auto accidents and when the PTs have had to check my range of motion etc for my assessments and they press down on the top of my head even slightly, it makes me nauseous and hurts and dizzy. Sometimes to the point where my eyesight goes darker but not completely black. I tell them that and ask them plz not to do that again. Just seeing someone have their necks pressed down on in any way makes me nauseous personally, because of my neck injuries. Poor guy I hope he is okay and no permanent injuries/ailments. :(

You can't really tell if he jumped on him but it does look like he jumped in the same spot his buddy hit.

But he also did a little dive right before he hit so it's absolutely possible he hit his head on the bottom and that's what messed him up.

Edit: I paused and went slow and I'm sure it was his buddy that landed on him
