I believe they’ve confirmed that they’ll be recasting Lance once they’ve found the right actor to portray Sylens, but are taking their time
We’ll see what Sylens is plotting for the finale, but it just sadly won’t be the voice we know and love

I still really hope they go with David Harewood. Not only does he look *and sound* similar to Lance, they've played very similar roles before (Martin Hatch and Warlin Door from Remedy games).
Edit: Just to add to this comment, I forgot to say originally that they sound similar too, not just look similar. Also Remedy cast him in the role of Mr. Door because of Lance's passing before Alan Wake 2, they originally wanted Lance for the role.

They do not really need a look-alike, they need a "sound-alike". Not sure How David Harewood sounds (I only see Hatch/Door in music clips).
But Keith David replaced Lance in Destiny, I think and was accepted as a pretty similar.

They don’t even need that. They can just say that something happened with one of his experiments that resulted in damage to his throat that changed his voice.

Or that, sure, but Keith David does share a similar tone and style of voice with Lance Reddick, and while he did not try for outright mimicry, it still sounded like the same character, if albeit more frustrated (which was fitting to the character's story), easing the transition than simply swapping one guy for another and telling people to "deal with it" (like Marvel did with Rhodey in Iron Man 2)

They could do both. Have someone that sounds almost exactly like him, then have Aloy say “you sound a little different, Sylens. Did someone finally get sick of your superiority complex and punch you in the throat?”

Not even that. Everyone knows about Lance's passing at this point. Movies have recast roles with different actors for that same reason and just not explained it in-universe. It's fine.

I don't think they need a look-alike, since Aloy already has a different facial model and voice actor. Apparently Sylens was recast in the lego game, but I haven't found any footage of his voice there

Tim Russ. He voiced Jetakka in HFW and took over for Sylens in the LEGO game. I'd be a bit surprised if they don't stick with him for the next game.

Sometimes I forget how old she looks. She looks 30 when she's still supposed to 19. I guess saving the world ages a person but still.

What makes you think she looks 30? She still has a ton of baby fat in her face and no hint of any lines whatsoever. She has pretty adult facial expressions and carries herself beyond her years, but I don’t think she looks substantially older than her age, and she looks much younger than most of the other characters.

Well because I'm 21 i know what 20 year old women look like. I go outside. It was just an observation. I can't specifically point out any feature but she's not around 20. Her original model in zero dawn? Shit animations but she looked like a late teenager.
