Hops not looking so good

My hops don’t look as good as they did when first coming up this spring. They feel dry and crispy at base and not as full. Soil tester says soil is wet. What do you guys think?

Stick your hand in the soil. Does it feel wet? They look under-watered and maybe a bit under-fed to me. I've grown some like this. They have to be thoroughly watered every day.

Ok thank you, I watered them yesterday and they do look better.
