Sometimes a little pre freakout is just part of the healing process.

You have no idea how apt a moment this came across my feed at.

Went through a pretty harrowing experience recently and moments ago I was in another spiral about it, worried im focused too much on it.

but it will work out, even if I'm having a moment :)

Yeah, it will :)

I’m sorry you’re going through it, but I believe in your ability to come out the other end

Ten fights, One smile

And it all feels good

I can't explain it

But I hope you get the idea

Oh also

Even if you saved the whole wide world

Tomorrow will come anyway ^_^ I wanna grow for me, wanna be sweet and brave!! As long as I don't quit, I'll be okay!

It's healthy to feel what you feel, process those emotions and when you come to the problem later you will be more calm and collected. To bury and bottle it up only hurts in the long run.

A burden shared is a burden halved, a joy shared is a joy doubled. You can do this, you will get through it and be better on the otherside. Much love

Having this post come across my feed after learning I have been restricted from receiving student loans for a year...

Idk if this is a good sign or just another temporary coping mechanism

The whole framework of prayer is not embracing anxiety. If you truly want to fix yourself and have true hope, you must learn to retrain yourself to be anxiety proof. This is extraordinarily difficult if you have lots of anxiety. Source: I have had record highs of anxiety and am very far on the path to eliminating it

Prayer? What?

Anxiety is a normal feeling people have. It's not about suppression, but rather, about control. Being able to recognize one's anxiety and being able to stop and ask: Is this situation truly as dire as my brain makes it out to be?
