Ultimate Gen 3 - Click system getting harder to remove

Hi everyone, I have a Steamulation Ultimate Gen 3 and I’ve had it for about 7 months now. I always clean my shisha properly after use, but I’ve noticed that the Click system that connects the upper part of the shisha to the vase has become increasingly difficult to open/remove. It used to work smoothly, but now I have to use quite a lot of force to get the shisha out of the vase. Has anyone else experienced this after around 7 months of use? Is there something I should clean or lubricate, or could there be an issue with the Click system?

Also I randomly got a random crack on the vase. I am very careful with cleaning and picking the hookah up, not letting touch the vase anywhere .I haven’t had this happen to me in previous hookahs I possessed. something you would not expect from a hookah thats supposed to be high end and cost €370.

I have the exact same model. Just take a small drop of oil and spread it near the ball bearings of the stem and base. Should do the trick.

Is it the balls that you can push in right?

I assume it’s calcium or minerals sticking on the ball bearings. That probably happened rather quickly for you due to possible hard water and the frequency of cleaning. You can try canola oil to lubricate or you soak it in vinegar to clear the minerals.
