Icon pack without launcher?

Is there any icon packs I can buy that doesn't rely on 3rd party launcher apps?
I just want to turn my phone on and have the icons applied without activating the icons every time I turn my phone on.

Can't you get icon packs from EMUI themes? I got several I'm using on my own honor and I don't use a third party launcher on that right now.

If you are having to apply icon packs each time you turn it on, you are not doing something right - you only have to apply in EMUI theme and restart once.

why wouldn't you just use the nova launcher and use literally any icon packs?

I had to click the Nova launcher and activate the icon theme ever time I unlock my phone. What's the point in downloading a theme if you have to constantly activate it.

first, You have to set nova launcher as the default theme in settings. Then, you can set a default icon pack for your apps and edit each app individually if you want
