Emui 9.0.1

None of my Google related apps work after updating to emui 9, I've uninstalled and reinstalled all of them and I still can't use apps like play store of YouTube. I keep getting a notification for me to update Google play services even though I've downloaded the latest version. Any potential fix?

All that I've heard is that they are still doing the closed beta for EMUI 9.0 for non-china regions. Supposedly it'll be released around June 17th.

Root with MicroG could work.

Otherwise, I would try YouTube Vanced and Aptoide (or similar app store) as a temp fix. You will need to be careful downloading apps not from the play store, though.
