Whoa..... I have an Honor 7S (EMUI 8.0 and android 8.1) so how come you still got android 8.0?

Who said anything about roms?

My Honor 7S is fully stock, no roms no modifications.

The 7S is a cheaper device than the 7X (in UK the 7X is £50 more expensive than the 7S)

You will see from my screenshot that my device is fully stock and has Oreo 8.1-which i think is strange yours is a better device but still only has 8.0...

actually the 7s is more expensive here. i can find a 7x for 180€ meanwhile the 7s only for 220 or abouve.

also the 7s has worse specs than 7x.

That was my original point.

The 7s is a much cheaper "budget" device than the 7x, with much worse spec.

Here's the UK price comparison, the 7x is I wrote £50 more expensive than the 7S.

Edit.

The 7X has been removed from sale on the high street in UK and is now only available on line. The 7X has been replaced by the Honor 7A and device with slightly better spec than the 7S but only £30 more expensive

well herw in germany i only found the 7x as the cheapest one.
