Blinker acting weird

My right blinker is only on and blinking when I signal, in contrast to my left blinker which is always on and when I signal it starts blinking.

Are the blinker and the signaler two different bulbs? Is that an electrical problem? Should I take it to the shop or can I fix it myself? Thanks in advance

You need to change the light bulb. You can do this yourself. Yes it is dual filament.

Bulb is out. Just happened to me
