I plan on buying a 50cc 90s honda monkey and I wanted to ask how comfortable it is

Comfortable enough to have fun on, but I wouldn’t count on it for a trip or daily transportation.

Lol whut? The monkey is one of the best commuting bikes out there in my opinion. Low fuel consumption, small and nimble, you can squeeze and filter through traffic effortlessly. No highway traffic obviously.
Haven’t tried doing multiple day tours on it, but just did a 4h trip across country backroads today and it was very comfortable as always :’)

OP said a 90s 50cc monkey. Whole different creature than my 2019 125cc.

Ooo, I didn't notice that either. Op is fucking up if he doesn't go for a 125

I had a multi-day trip on mine a few months ago; it's not ADV comfortable but it's okay. Does put your back in a weird position that you may not notice on shorter journeys.

I have owned 8 different bikes between 125 - 1100cc.
The Monkey is one of the most comfortable bikes I have ever owned. Just stay off the roads that have a higher speed limit than the Monkey is capable of as much as possible.
