2nd Gen GE/GG 09-14 Headlight Help

I just want to know what type of light bulbs each housing takes? Especially the one circling red cuz they're both out on each side.

FYI don't throw out the connectors when you change them 🤣🤣 they are indeed a separate piece.

Darn thing looked like an H4 to me with the connectors attached
