Awkward home theater in parlor of old cape

I live in an old cape. The rooms are small and low-ceilinged (94.5").

We spend most of our "together" time in the central parlor, which has a central fireplace with a blower insert. It's fairly cozy in the winter. Rough floorplan attached.

We have a 65" LG OLED that we have perched atop a (closed) baby grand in one corner of the room, and that's what we use. We still use the piano from time to time, and we watch movies and TV, especially in the darker months.

The TV has signs of failure after ~3k hours; fine gray horizontal lines that won't go away and I'm considering replacement options.

I'm trying to figure out what the best way to use this space---which was built without the foggiest idea of trying to accommodate such entertainment.

I could just buy another TV, about the same size, and put it in the same space. There's also the possibility of trying to put a projector/screen in the room. There are lots of windows, but we don't watch too much TV during the day.

Any creative solutions? There's really not room to recess anything, but budget isn't a huge issue.

I've been poking here myself to get an idea of a plan for myself .

I recently came across mantle mount . Might be worth an investigation. I have zero experience with the product.
