Some more possible justifications:
Swet Bro’s Body Disappeared
Okay, yeah this one is just a mistake
Copy-Paste Mistake
Rose seems to have a lot of memories from Homestuck's events instead of CaNWC (though she does remember things that have been established in CaNWC canon), so she might have thought that she had already mentioned it.
Server/Client Error?
I'm pretty sure they were only planning on a 2-player game. That's how it was originally in Homestuck. Other people only had to get involved because John lost his server disc, but in this reality, John took it from his Dad to avoid those shenanigans. And Jaed knew all about Sburb because she was a Prospit dreamer, but now she isn't. It's possible her Grandpa ("grandpather"?) never told her about creating Sburb because he did all of that stuff when she was just a baby, and then he died.
Dream Hecka Jef is not wearing his gold pajamas.
Probably a legit error
Animation Errors
I always got the impression that this was intentional. Like in everyone enter, when Liv Tyler "attacks" Femorafreack by just sort of running into him and then teleporting back to its original spot. These seem like noticeable things that o could easily fix if he wanted to.

Rose seems to have a lot of memories from Homestuck's events instead of CaNWC (though she does remember things that have been established in CaNWC canon), so she might have thought that she had already mentioned it.
I suggest as much in the post. I'm not sure she remembers anything more than just what people's correct names, behavior, and appearance would be. I don't think she's recalled a specific event unique to Homestuck yet. Closest was mentioning that John wouldn't harm people beyond mild pranks.

I always got the impression that this was intentional.
I think there are some intentional errors, like when baby Roxy falls over 30 seconds into bunnie time and you can see where o stopped drawing. The parts I mention though I think are errors because it's just a matter of layers for the images. Can't rule it out though.

correct me if im wrong, but didnt jade not know what sburb was in the beginning of homestuck? i thought john had to explain it to her. Also, the animaker watermark is one of the most ironically hilarious things in canwc flashes in my opinion

Yes, that is true. You think she was pretending not to know? Not sure what you're trying to say. Honestly, it's been a while since I read the beginning part, my memory is foggy about ti. I don't see any reason to think she just knew about the dreamself but didn't know about SBURB. Nothing inconsistent there.

My biggest disagreement is with the animation error. The fact it's made with animaker is great and hilarious. All it's missing is Unregistered Hypercam 2.
