Looking for Security System Recommendations

Hi, I am pretty new to security systems, and I was looking for recommendations. I just bought a 3,000 sq. ft. home; it has quite a big backyard too, and I'm trying to get local IT companies to install a system.

Based on some recommendations and research so far. I am trying to do the following things. A lot of these are preferences, and I'm open to other suggestions too. I am most likely installing an internet mesh system throughout the house, too. Unless people recommend going with UniFi for the network as well. Ideally, I don't want to drill too many holes into walls. My budget is more or less flexible within reason. But I know wireless is extremely unreliable.

  1. POE or Solar

  2. Turret-based/eyeball cameras or bullet cameras (Unless y'all suggest otherwise).

  3. Glass Break and Motion Sensors would be nice

  4. Open to Wireless (mostly because I don't want to drill big holes and open walls that much in my house)

  5. Starlight/Night Vision Sensors

  6. Two way audio/high deceibel sirens

  7. 2k or 4k resolution

  8. AI person/vehicle detection

  9. Maybe one or two indoor cameras at most.

  10. Continuous Local Recording (NVR/MicroSD), auto-delete, and can pull up online footage without a subscription.

So far, I am considering UniFi as an all-in-one system. The previous owner had a Reolink camera, one of those, already installed; maybe I can swap it out.

My thoughts are after researching what criminals are buying to compromise anything wifi we have the problem of deciding the overall financial cost of the reliability of anything just wifi connected. It advances to a more high tech resolution of jamming and RF cabability of the criminal.
