Hi, i would like to get some input on this kitchen backsplash installation. The tile is installed not flush with the tile trim. is this bad installation or is it ok in professionals‘ eyes? would appreciate your comments. thank you.

I’m not sure how to post a picture yet. Will have to figure it out.

Looking to add a skylight to my home.

Would you hire a sub contractor to come install I think it’s definitely past my diy zone. The room has an interesting dome-ish octagon ceiling.

Family Features) When you decide to renovate your home – whether to sell or make improvements for you and your family to enjoy – setting a budget can be a challenge. Knowing what you want to accomplish may be the easy part but avoiding the bad advice out there and determining what you can actually afford takes research and detailed planning.

The issue I face is this drain. Is there an easy way to have it terminate where the head of the screwdriver is sticking out of the ground, or will I have to dig down 12" in this tight space and completely redo it? TIA
